Create an assignment

You can create an assignment for a Predictive Coding model.

To create an assignment, complete the following procedure.

1. In the Main Menu, select Review and then Assignments.

2. In the ASSIGNMENTS pane, click .

3. In Create New Assignment, follow these steps.

   1. InAssignment Name, type a name for the assignment.

   2. In Assignment Criteria, select AI Model and then select a model from the list.

      • The drop-down lists the predictive models that are not used in any assignment. Also, when you select a model, Reviewed Field appears and shows the field you used to specify the positive and negative values.

   3. In Associated Coding Form, select a coding form from the dropdown.

      • The dropdown lists the coding forms that contain the single‑choice field you used to specify the positive and negative values. The field must also be editable in the coding form.

   4. In Batch Size, enter the maximum number of documents in a batch.
   5. In Review Users, select the users to perform the review.
   6. Click Create.

      • Review batches for the assignment are retrieved in the order of the highest priority documents identified by the model.

4. You can view the status of the Assignment Creation job in the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Review.
